• Rewrote complex batch jobs with Spring Batch / Java 21: faster and more reliable bulk processing

Mission: Development and modernization of critical applications for Air France’s IT Maintenance & Repair division

Key achievements:

• Took over a post-COVID MVP, fully redesigned its architecture and shipped it to production

• Application hardening: fixed critical security vulnerabilities and performed major version upgrades

• Faster response times and improved stability through performance optimization

• 2 applications migrated and deployed to Azure, leading the collaboration with Accenture India

Mission: Restoring a critical calculation engine for the agricultural sector

• Debugged and brought the agricultural tire pressure calculation engine back into production

• Security audit and remediation of critical vulnerabilities

• Migration to a Quarkus microservices architecture to improve resilience

Mission: Development and maintenance of a multi-sector financial software package (lending, real estate, leasing, cinema)

• Designed REST APIs opening the software package to external partners

Mission: Development and maintenance of internal tools for the Toyota Material Handling France plant

Key achievements:

• Customized and extended the Odoo v8 ERP (Python) for the plant’s specific business processes

• Developed a web purchasing platform (PHP/Symfony) to streamline procurement

• Designed a new management tool for the special machines team (in collaboration with Toyota Sweden)

• Managed and optimized data flows with Pentaho ETL

Mission: Development and evolution of the complex business rules engine for ENIM (French seafarers' pension fund)

Key achievements:

• Developed and maintained the IBM ODM engine calculating pensions for thousands of beneficiaries

• Kept the engine compliant with each regulatory change: income tax withholding, pension reform, sickness benefits

• Wrote detailed technical documentation (DCR) and functional analysis

• Worked closely with business teams to ensure regulatory compliance

Mission: Design of a decision-support tool for offshore wind farm optimization

Key achievements:

• MAPEO project: developed optimization algorithms for optimal offshore wind turbine placement
